I found a flash drum machine movie here, it’s pretty cool. Linked to from the blog of Radiohead singer, Thom Yorke. Nice to see pictures of the recording sessions, they’re going to do some shows over in Europe soon too. (now playing – Kid A)

*grins* You're so awesome. I shall check everything out later today, after classes, when I'm putting off my homework. My resumé is up on Monster.com, hence the call from Ameriprise, but thanks for the tip on Hotjobs -- it's on my 'to do' list. I suppose I can just keep the job I have now and cross my fingers that they throw more hours my way once I graduate, but I wouldn't mind a 'real' job.
Amy - Sorry, me naming that last article '??????' messed up the article, you couldn't view it or post comments - so it's a bug within Typo. I've sent an email to the dev list, but in the meantime just retitled it so all is swimming again. Thanks for bringing it up. Now, as for [Radiohead](http://www.radiohead.com/), I saw them twice on 'The Bends' tour ('95, where 'Fake Plastic Trees' was the song I knew best from that release) [fak3 (!) plastic trees](http://www.blankforever.com/index.htm/Radiohead - Fake Plastic Trees.mp3) ...and found that I liked them a whole lot better than their 'Creep' era, but then in '97 'OK Computer' came out, and changed the way I felt about them for good. To start with, stream the beautiful 'Karma Police' here from Glastonbury '97 (link on the bottom of this page) [karma police - live](http://www.contactmusic.com/new/home.nsf/webpages/glastonburyfestivalx06x06x05) After that move forward and dig what they've been doing since then, from the almost 'Kraftwork' sound on 'Kid A / Amnesiac' era [amnesiac](http://myhome.hanafos.com/~a9962/Radiohead_-_Amnesiac.mp3) ...and back to a more natural sound with 'Hail to the Thief' [2 2 = 5](http://www.capitolrecords.com/artists/discographyDetail.aspx?artistId=905698&releaseId=724358454321&type=1) The start of 'Hail...' is the sound of guitars being plugged, which nicely clues you in to what to expect. My sugeestion, buy 'OK Computer', play it 10 times in a row and see if you like it. If (when) you do, then you can move forward and back in their catalog; they're really a great/unique band.
Rawr. I was going to leave you a comment on your last post, but it won\'t let me. I\'m curious as to how much money the company is shelling out, and whether or not the mother\'s comment was written for her... I can\'t say that I\'ve ever listened to Radiohead, unless I have and didn\'t realize it. A friend of mine adores them, though. Maybe I\'ll have to check them out.
Hi, I'm fak3r and I've been online for over 15 years, blogging for 10. I work with open source software, various hardware and whatever else that I can hack on. I enjoy learning by doing, painting infrequently and listening to more music than the law allows. Feel free to follow me and comment on my thoughts and ideas; we're all in it together kid.
