See the ISS and Shuttle Discovery over your city

sighting.jpgNASA has a page where you can find out when you can see the ISS and Shuttle Discovery as they orbit about 386 kilometers (240 miles) above. They will will be a steady white pinpoint of light moving slowly across the sky. Too fast for telescopes, but a good pair of field binoculars may reveal some detail of the structural shape of the spacecrafts.

    Once I figured out that I was clicking on the wrong thing, I was able to find out that, well, I missed it last night. But if I find my binoculars by Saturday night, hopefully I’ll be able to catch it then! Thanks!
