@Tony
I got into her just after Dry was released, and was lucky to see her on that tour in Chicago. The ways she's changed and grown as an artist has been amazing, and I'm always ready to see what she's up to next. Truly an artist for the ages (in both regards, seeing how we started following her the same year ;))

I hit your blog, it's very nice, your reviews are excellent as well! We share admiration for many of the same bands as well. I've compiled a list of my fav releases dating back to 2001 on this page: http://www.fak3r.com/noise/ and soon I'll publish my 'best of' list of all of the records I consider to be classics from the past 50 years.

I've added your link to my 'we read' links, your site is one I will checkout more as I look for more toons (always need more!)

Thanks for the note Tony, cheers!

This is a really cool blog. I found it searching for PJ Harvey reviews. I will be back to check again, keep up the good work.

I was so inspired by the record that I posted a review of it on my blog:
PJ Harvey White Chalk Review

I have been a fan since before Dry was released - that shows my age !
Lucky enough to see her in a tiny club with about 40 people in it and I was hooked
