It seems that "feeling offended" as a fashion has made its way into numerous cultures. ;-)

Amy
Sorry about that (again) I did change my feeds to go through Feedburner, but I think the old link should work too. Check it out here:
http://fak3r.com/feed/

Else via feedburner here:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/fak3r/UgVW

From what I can tell they both work, but let me know if they do not, I wouldn't want you to miss a moment of my ramblings. Hey, I even have a subscribe and get comments via email from Feedburner now, that's kinda fun.

As for the Art Teacher, I'll follow-up, I want to know more about this. I'm emailing the folks involved, but am sure they are getting plenty of attention right now, to see if I can gleam any more detail. The fact that someone complained is one thing, that she was suspended another, but them blanking out the Art on the news? Amazing!

Just an aside, first -- has your RSS feed changed... again? Nothing has been showing up in my RSS reader for you...

Anyway. It's this kind of thing that really bugs the heck out of me. One student's "complaint" was blown out of proportion, and a woman has lost her job over ART?!? If there really was that big of a problem with the pieces on display, don't you think that (a) someone would have said something a long time ago and (b) the museum would have done something?

It boggles the mind.

oh, and no, those don't look like flip-flops.
