Perseid meteors this Sunday night
The site Bad Astronomy has a great article to reference for this Sunday’s meteor shower called, 12 things you need to watch the Perseid meteors Sunday night. Looks like after midnight, with a clear view of the Eastern sky are two of the main points. I’m going to try and get out for this one.

Did you catch any of it? It was quite a sight, we drove out to the desert to catch it. Though I managed to forget my camera, which I had a small cry about when we arrived at our viewing point.
It was cloudy here, so we would have had to drive way out to see anything. Must have been cool, too bad about the camera, but then you wouldn’t have had the experience you did.
