Doesn&#039;t sound that great, but what if it was significantly cheaper than existing plans, then the masses may take the hook, which would lead to pricing plan wars from other ISPs intent on duplicating the first one&#039;s success.  Soon we&#039;ll have a few ISPs, and they&#039;ll be dictating what we can see...that&#039;s the exact opposite of why the Internet was created.</description>
